I use a combination of methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients identify self-defeating thoughts and feelings, challenge the rationality of those feelings, and replace them with healthier, more productive beliefs.

I am highly skilled at building rapport in an authentic and supportive fashion, which allows us to explore the cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns influencing one's past, present, and future.

I find it deeply meaningful to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds, as we work together toward defining and pursuing a more mindful, purposeful and meaningful life.
